These taste pretty much just like the ones at El Sol De Tala if you ask me.

1 fl oz tequila 1 fl oz simple syrup 1 fl oz lime juice 1 fl oz triple sec A small amount of lime juice in a dish Ice Margarita salt Lime wedge

  • Fill a margarita glass (or martini glass in a pinch) with water and ice to chill
  • Fill shaker with ice
  • Pour all ingredients in shaker
  • Close shaker and shake until it's too cold to hold on to
  • Set shaker aside
  • Pour out ice water from glass
  • Use finger to line the rim of the glass with lime juice (from the small dish)
  • Dip rim of glass in margarita salt to coat it (careful not to get any in the glass)
  • Fill glass with fresh ice (careful not to knock the salt in)
  • Use strainer to pour contents of shaker into glass
  • Garnish with a lime wedge

I don't think "show" on the edit page does anything except cancel changes
